I am an associate in the Restructuring & Insolvency group, based in our Paris office. I assist creditors, debtors and investors at all stages of preventive restructuring proceedings or insolvency proceedings.

I mainly advise pools of banks, and more broadly financial creditors, in both preventive restructuring and insolvency proceedings.

My practice also covers assisting investors through distressed companies' assets deals and business litigation, in particular on insolvency-related litigation.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird in 2020, I did several internships in the restructuring teams of top-tier French law firms.

• Advising a pool of 5 banks in the course of the debt restructuring of Latécoère group.
• Advising a pool of 12 banks in the course of the debt restructuring of CroisiEurope group.
• Advising a pool of 7 banks in the course of the debt restructuring of Salaün group.
• Advising a pool of 3 banks in the course of the insolvency proceedings of EuropaCorp group.
• Advising the agent and a pool of 12 banks in the course of the reorganization proceedings of Ludendo (La Grande Récré)
• Advising a pool of 8 banks in the course of the debt restructuring of Mecachrome
• Advising a pool of 10 banks in the restructuring of the Royer group debt.
