Based in Frankfurt, I advise national and international clients with regard to German tax law.

I advise our clients on a wide range of German tax law issues, with a specific focus on inbound structuring as well as transaction-driven advice.

In my previous work, I was able to acquire a high degree of expertise regarding advice on the establishment, implementation or also termination of fiscal unities and I am available to our clients in the event of any corresponding need for advice.

I am also happy to advise shareholders who are planning to move out of Germany and who are facing taxation of their shares in accordance with Section 6 of the Foreign Tax Act (AStG), from the planning stage through to implementation.

As part of our ESG consultancy, I have recently been able to build up expertise in the area of energy tax and electricity tax, which play a particularly important role in projects for energy generation from renewable energy sources.

• Advising an Indian group on the acquihiring of a stake in a German automotive supplier;
• Advising the German companies of a multinational group with regard to the establishment, implementation and termination of fiscal unities;
• Assisted in the reversal and application for cancellation of the real estate transfer tax assessment following a failed acquisition of all shares in a German company;
• Advising BRIDOR, a subsidiary of the French LE DUFF Group, on the German tax law aspects of the acquisition of the PANDRIKS Group in the Netherlands;
• Advising Eiffel Investment Group on the establishment of the joint venture 'Aream Solar Ventures' between aream Group and Eiffel Transition Infrastructure, an investment fund managed by Eiffel Investment Group with a volume of more than 200 million euros;
• Advising Vix Technology on the German tax law aspects of the acquisition of all shares in the German myBus GmbH including its Spanish subsidiary;
• Advising the US technology and logistics company Material Bank on German tax law issues in connection with the acquisition of all shares in the German raumPROBE OHG by its French subsidiary DesignFuture SAS;
