As an associate in our Corporate/M&A team in Frankfurt I advise national and international clients on all aspects of corporate law and transaction-related matters.

I advise on national and cross-border corporate transactions across all phases - from preparation and structuring to due diligence, contract negotiations and post-merger integration. I also advise on reorganisations and restructurings, joint ventures and transformation measures.

My expertise includes supporting clients with buy-and-build strategies, corporate restructuring and entity management in particular in the business sectors automotive, energy, infrastructure and health care.

In addition, I specialise on corporate governance and general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked for a leading German law firm in Bonn.

• Advised Deutsche Bahn AG on the restructuring of its infrastructure divisions;
• Advised a private equity firm focused on mid-sized acquisitions on the sale of its shareholding in a manufacturer of surface finishing tools;
• Advised the city and district of Düren on the sale of Krankenhaus Düren gem. GmbH, the company operating Düren Hospital.
