I am an Associate in our International HR Services Group in Sydney, where I advise on the full spectrum of employment and industrial law issues.

I have experience in a diverse range of matters pertaining to employment and industrial law across the lifetime of employment relationships, including drafting employment contracts and policies, transfer of employment, work health and safety, award coverage, managing poor performance and long term illness issues, discrimination, bullying and harassment, redundancy and termination of employment. I also have experience defending and negotiating the settlement of litigation across a range of matters including unfair dismissal, victimisation, discrimination, adverse action, underpayments and restraints of trade, in various jurisdictions.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at a national firm where I obtained experience across a diverse range of practice areas, including commercial litigation, financial services, intellectual property and employment/industrial relations. This experience has allowed me to develop an understanding of the commercial issues facing clients and provide pragmatic, solution-focused advice tailored to their specific industry and circumstances. I am passionate about meeting clients' strategic and commercial objectives and approach all work with diligence and integrity.
