As an associate in the Tax department of our Paris office, I advise French and international companies and private equity funds on their tax affairs.

I regularly advise companies and investment funds on the tax aspects of their activities (tax consolidation, taxation of financial flows, deductibility of financial expenses, tax audits), as well as on the structuring of their acquisitions, mergers or restructurings.

I also advise individuals and managers on their personal tax issues.

In addition to these advisory assignments, I assist companies and individuals with tax audits and litigation.

Prior to joining our firm, I worked as a trainee in various tax departments of French and international law firms.
