I am an associate in the Intellectual Property Group in Hong Kong, and am experienced in both non-contentious and contentious IP matters.

I advise and assist clients in the retail & consumer and life sciences sectors on a broad range of IP matters covering trademark, copyright and regulatory matters. I assist clients in drafting R&D agreements, assignment and license of IP rights, and cross-border transfer of IP. My practice also involves advising clients on commercial arrangements addressing regulatory issues in marketing, advertising and competition.

On the contentious front, I assist clients in trade mark disputes and passing off disputes. I also work with companies to set up their brand enforcement strategies, using technology to ensure that their anti-counterfeit programmes are cost-effective and efficient.
