Nour Saab

I am a Paris based associate in the firm's Life sciences team, which I joined in January 2022.

My current position at Bird & Bird includes the provision of legal advice on regulatory issues encountered by Life Sciences companies, in particular regarding clinical trials, product classification, market access and CE marking, advertising and promotional activities of healthcare industries, as well as transparency obligations in their relationships with healthcare professionals.

I have also developed expertise in environmental law and advise our clients on their environmental obligations, particularly in relation to product labelling, advertising and communication with consumers and environmental claims.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience working at a law firm specialised in litigation involving the healthcare industry. This experience allowed me to gain great knowledge of the French healthcare system and the regulatory obligations regarding pharmaceutical products from the start of their lifecycle.

I am fluent in French, English, Arabic and have advanced knowledge in Italian.
