Olivier Peronnau

I am a partner in our Corporate Group, based in Paris. I work on M&A, private equity and capital market transactions.

I advise companies, listed or not, and their shareholders and managers, as well as investment funds, on external growth transactions, fundraising, strategic partnerships and joint ventures, particularly in the life sciences and tech sectors, where my practice encompasses artificial intelligence and data-driven businesses, pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, digital health platforms, and emerging biotechnology ventures.

I assist my clients at every stage of their development, from their creation to their exit or IPO and beyond, in the context of their capital market transactions (private placements, public offerings, etc.).

My objective is to provide pragmatic, business-oriented advice tailored to each client's specific objectives, combining technical excellence with a deep understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked for several large French law firms in Paris, where I assisted major French and foreign companies, investment funds and institutional investors on their mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2015, I am a graduate of Edhec and the University of Paris II Assas.

I am fluent in French and English.
