My expertise encompasses a wide range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, IPOs, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and corporate advisory work. I also assist clients with general commercial and regulatory matters. I have also advised several prominent family businesses in the UAE on their regulatory requirements, including family office rules in various free zones. My work spans across several of Bird & Bird's key sectors, including Technology & Communications, Financial Services, and Retail & Consumer. Much of my work is cross-border, leveraging the firm's extensive international network and collaborating with colleagues worldwide.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I trained and qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales. Fluent in both English and Arabic, I am adept at effectively communicating and negotiating in diverse legal environments.
