Osmane Caillemer du Ferrage

As a member of the Intellectual Property team in the Paris office, I assist our French and international clients both in advice and litigation in all areas of intellectual property.

I joined Bird & Bird as an associate in July 2024.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I had several experiences in French and international law firms and completed my studies at UC Berkeley. I studied and worked on a wide range of intellectual property issues. These experiences enabled me to acquire an international, strategic and pragmatic vision of intellectual property.

As part of the Paris Intellectual Property team, and in close collaboration with the various Bird & Bird offices, I work in a variety of sectors, mainly in patent and trademark law.
