Pierre-Benoît Drancourt

I am an associate in the Project Finance / Regulatory team in Paris. I work in the energy, utilities, infrastructure and telecommunications sectors in France and Africa.

I advise funds, banks, sponsors and public authorities on the structuring, procurement and financing of infrastructure and energy projects in Europe and Africa.

In particular, I assist these operators on project contracts and public procurement law (concessions, PPPs, etc.) as well as regulatory aspects.

Through my previous experience, I have developed expertise in the regulation of gas and electricity markets (Remit, sale of GOs, capacity guarantees, etc.).

I have a Master's degree in Economic Law from Sciences Po (specialising in business, markets and regulation) and a Master's degree in Public Economic Law from Panthéon-Assas University.

I am fluent in French, English and Spanish.
