I advise arrangers, investors, originators, issuers and other market participants on a broad spectrum of securitisation transactions involving various asset classes, as well as commercial paper programmes and other debt instruments.

My expertise also extends to advising investment funds and fintech platforms in structuring and executing complex financing transactions, as well as navigating regulatory challenges.

• Advised Natixis and illimity Bank S.p.A., as arrangers, in relation to an STS securitisation of receivables arising out of SME loans (assisted by the state guarantee) originated by a fund managed by Azimut Investments S.A. through the digital lending platform 'Opyn', for a total maximum amount of Euro 300 million.
• Advised Pollen Street Capital, as junior investors, in relation to the establishment of a securitisation programme of tax claims arising out of works of energy requalification and/or reduction of seismic risk pursuant to the Rilancio Decree, for a total maximum amount of Euro 300 million.
• Advised Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., as arranger and dealer, in relation to the establishment of the STEP compliant 'Euro Commercial Paper Programme' by Cassa di Risparmio di Bolzano S.p.A., for a total maximum amount of Euro 1.5 billion.
• Advised Banca Finanziaria Internazionale S.p.A. and Banca Valsabbina S.C.p.A., as arrangers, in relation to an STS securitisation of receivables arising out of mortgage and non-mortgage SME loans, originated by Banca Valsabbina S.C.p.A., for a total maximum amount of Euro 1.1 billion.
• Advised a primary Italian bank, as arranger, in relation to the establishment of a securitisation programme of receivables arising out of invoices traded on multiple invoice trading electronic platforms, including also the onboarding of the relevant platforms.
