I am a lawyer in the Corporate and M&A team.

I have been advising clients since 2023, specialising in civil, commercial and business law, with a special focus on corporate law.

I advise on both local and international M&A transactions, involving share deals, asset deals, including the sale of an enterprise and its organised parts. The projects vary in scale and complexity. I advise clients on both the buy-side and the sell-side.

I have experience in the incorporation and reorganisation of companies. I am also involved in preparing transactional and post-transactional documentation, providing ongoing corporate services to business entities, and conducting due diligence of corporate matters and commercial agreements, with a focus on identifying potential risks. I also prepare documents for corporate bodies' meetings and documentation required for registry filings.

I believe that combining theoretical knowledge with a pragmatic approach and clear communication makes it possible to find the right solution in every situation. This approach enables me to develop optimal and practical solutions tailored to the individual business needs of each client.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained professional experience in the legal department of a Polish insurance broker and at a renowned Polish law firm specialising in mergers and acquisitions, which allowed me to gain a broad perspective on legal practice.
