I am an IP lawyer acting for a number of clients who require IP expertise.

As a Counsel based in the Milan office, I deal daily with pan-European and international legal cases and disputes. This has allowed me to build my experience working in a team and take an international approach to legal issues, which I consider an added value in this new legal scenario and market. In my view, an international outlook, efficient approach and innovation are essential for providing clients with the best advice.

My practice extends to regular assistance (litigation and legal advice) to key companies operating in the field of medical devices, as well as in the fashion and luxury industries. I provide advice and assist leading companies operating in the electronic field, in the manufacturing of shoes and apparels, and those in pharmaceutical companies with the drafting and negotiation of assets purchase agreements, know how license, marketing authorisation and dossier assignment. I also provide advice to companies in trade mark and patent issues and litigation, and national and international companies in design matters.

Apart from IP related issues, I can give clients immediate feedback in what they need at a national and international level, coordinating with the other lawyers across the Bird & Bird offices. I have considerable knowledge of the Indian market and I am really looking forward to assisting clients in possible issues relating to IP and commercial matters in India.
