Raquel specializes in providing legal and regulatory advice on financial transactions and financial regulation.

She has participated in various financial transactions, including both domestic and cross-border corporate financing, real estate financing, project finance, venture debt, and refinancing and restructuring proceedings, advising both lenders and borrowers.

Additionally, she provides regulatory advice to credit institutions, payment institutions, electronic money institutions, insurers, investment firms, investment funds and fund managers, in relation to their incorporation, authorization, and the provision of domestic and cross-border financial services.

Raquel holds a law degree from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE), master's degree for admission to the Bar, master's degree in corporate law from Universidad de Navarra and a Master of Laws (L.L.M) in corporate and commercial law from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.
