Rondy Stenman

I am an associate in our corporate group in Helsinki, where I advise domestic and international clients on matters relating to M&A and general corporate law.

I first joined Bird & Bird in August 2022 as an associate trainee, before graduating from the University of Helsinki. My academic focus was on corporate and tax law, particularly in international contexts. During my studies, I also gained diverse experience through various trainee positions in both the public and private sectors, including at another corporate law firm in Helsinki and the Finnish Defence Attaché Office in Ankara, Turkey. This has provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the legal challenges companies encounter in their daily operations.

My keen interest lies in the corporate law sector, drawn to its dynamic and varied nature. I have a specific interest in questions relating to financial services, sustainability, and compliance. Additionally, I am deeply interested in legal technology and constantly seek innovative and modern solutions to enhance client service.

Known for my efficiency and precision, I am always striving for personal and professional growth. I work fluently in Finnish and English, and I have a good understanding of Swedish thanks to my bilingual (Finnish-Swedish) bachelor's degree from the University of Helsinki.
