Siina Mannerjoki

I work as an Associate in our Real Estate group in Helsinki. I advise our domestic and international clients on a wide range of real estate-related matters, such as real estate transactions, real estate development projects and general corporate law issues.

My areas of expertise include legal issues related to property formation, lease agreements and work contracts, as well as general contract law and tort law.

I worked at Bird & Bird as a trainee for several years while I was studying at the university, excluding one semester of exchange studies in Spain and an internship at the District Court of Itä-Uusimaa. In my studies, I have focused not only on real estate and environmental law, but also on contract law, tort law and conflict management.

I am solution-oriented in my work approach, and I give high value to understanding the overall picture of the client's business. I aim to provide well founded and practical legal advice, taking into account the identified needs of our clients.

I work fluently in Finnish, Spanish and English.
