About Me

As an associate in our International HR Services Group in Lyon, I advise our clients on individual and collective employment law issues, as well as on litigation matters.

I advise multinational clients on all aspects of French labour law, with the goal of making this ever-changing and complicated area of law easier to understand.

My work includes a wide range of aspects, including individual relationships (employment contracts, disciplinary sanctions, terminations) and collective relationships (elections, employee representatives, trade unions, restructuring).

I also represent clients before French courts in employment-related litigations.

My experiences abroad help me to understand the differences in approach and culture that clients can face. I pride myself on working collaboratively with my clients to find the best solution that is legally efficient, and business-oriented.
