Szymon Zak

I am a junior associate in the Corporate and M&A team.

I have been advising clients since 2022, specialising in civil, business and commercial law, with a special focus on corporate law.

I assist clients with mergers and acquisitions of both Polish and international companies, including sales of assets, businesses and their organised parts, on both the buy-side and the sell-side. I work on transactions covering a wide range of sectors, including the energy, financial and telecommunications industries.

I handle due diligence processes, prepare transaction documents, and manage post-transaction activities. I assist clients with day-to-day corporate matters. In addition, I have experience with projects involving debt financing and corporate transformation.

Before joining Bird & Bird, I gained experience in other international law firms.
