About Me
I am an Associate in our Finance & Financial Regulation practice group in our Frankfurt office. With extensive experience, I am advising clients on both national and international matters, offering comprehensive expertise across all areas of banking- and finance law.
My particular focus is on financing of rolling stock, where I possess a deep understanding of the industry's unique legal landscape.In addition to my expertise in the financing of rolling stock, I am also highly familiar with commercial matters related to this area, including lease agreements, sale agreements and maintenance agreements. This broad range of knowledge allows me to offer comprehensive legal advice and support in aspects of our client's business operations, ensuring that the necessary legal framework is established to protect their interests and achieve their business objectives.
Before joining Bird & Bird, I completed my legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Hanau, where I worked in the Real Estate & Public Department of one of Germany's leading commercial law firms.
