I work as an associate in our Banking & Financial Services Group in Milan, where I specialise in providing legal and regulatory advice to banks, asset management companies, financial intermediaries and insurance companies on a domestic and international basis.

I provide assistance on a continued basis to domestic and international banks, asset management companies, financial intermediaries and insurance companies.

I specialise in banking, investment services, payment services and anti-money laundering regulation as well as in FinTech issues and I assist our clients in a wide range of regulatory matters, having gained a strong experience during several secondments at some major domestic and international banks.

Before joining Bird & Bird in 2015, I worked for two leading Italian law firms.

• Assisting domestic and foreign banks, financial intermediaries and asset management companies concerning the changes arising from the implementation in Italy of MiFID 2/MiFIR.
• Assisting domestic and foreign banks, financial intermediaries, asset management companies and insurance companies concerning the changes arising from the implementation in Italy of Directive (EU) 2015/849 (so called IV AML Directive).
