I am an associate in the Corporate practice group at our Stockholm office, where I advise both local and international clients on various legal matters relating to corporate law. This collaborative approach enables us to deliver seamless advice on complex multi-jurisdictional matters, combining local expertise with a global perspective.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2023 during my studies and became an associate in 2026. As a member of the Corporate practice group, I advise clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, private M&A transactions, and other corporate law matters. My work encompasses a broad range of corporate matters, including shareholders' agreements, restructurings, and general corporate governance issues.

As one global firm, Bird & Bird can provide high-level legal advice across different jurisdictions, which is one of the main reasons I was drawn to the firm. The opportunity to work with international clients alongside our international colleagues is both inspiring and valuable.

I hold a Master of Laws from Uppsala University, and during my studies, I also conducted an exchange semester at the University of Sheffield in the United Kingdom. This international academic experience deepened my understanding of different legal systems and strengthened my ability to navigate cross-border legal challenges. My academic background, combined with practical experience at Bird & Bird, has equipped me to provide clients with the best possible service and solutions based on their requirements.
