As a Counsel in our Real Estate Group in Paris, I act in every aspects of real estate law, including transactions, litigation, and construction, with a special focus on commercial leases.

I advise national and international clients concerning all real estate asset classes (including office and retail, logistics properties, hotels, and residential properties).

My recent experience includes:

advising a foreign investor on the acquisition of several assets for co-living activity and structuring his legal scheme;
negotiating commercial leases for the headquarters of major foreign companies;
carrying out numerous due diligence of various real estate projects;
acting on behalf of several clients regarding the acquisition of life sciences real estates.

Prior joining Bird & Bird in 2020, I was a senior Associate in another major law firm in France.
