I am an associate specialising in Incentives. I work in the Employee Incentives and Benefits (EIB) team in Bird & Bird's London office.

I enjoy advising companies and entrepreneurs with their incentive arrangements including the design and implementation of commercially advantageous share plans (both tax-advantaged and non-tax advantaged), on-going operational queries and corporate restructurings/M&A deals.

I advise public and private companies on the full spectrum of incentives, executive remuneration and employee benefit trust in an advisory and transactional context.

I focus my practice on tax-favoured enterprise management incentive (EMI) option plans and company share option plans (CSOPs). I also advise on growth shares, long-term incentive plan (LTIPs), share incentive plans (SIPs) and save as you earn (SAYE) also known as sharesave plans, as well as non-tax advantaged share plans.

I have a strong background in tax given that she worked in tax for a number of years and as a bonus, I also speak fluent mandarin.
