I am a paralegal in our Intellectual Property team in China, specialising in contentious and non-contentious IP matters.

I joined our firm in 2013 and have more than 7 years' experience in a broad range of IP enforcement matters and prosecution proceedings in China.

I am specialised in advising clients on trade mark and copyright prosecution matters in China, including providing advice on IP portfolio management, devising trade mark and copyright filing strategies, conducting trade mark searches, handling non-contentious proceedings such as trade mark renewals, license recordals, assignments, oppositions and invalidation actions. I also have experience in advising and handling Customs seizures, evidence preservations, on-line takedowns, on-site investigations, administrative complaints and working with local authorities for raid actions.

My practice covers trademark, copyright, design patent, domain names and other Intellectual Property rights.
