Stage of Implementation 

Poland is finally joining the group of European countries that have fulfilled the obligation to transpose this legal act. On 24 July 2024, the Polish Parliament passed an act amending the act on pursuing claims in group proceedings and other acts implementing Directive 2020/1828.
