The draft implementing legislation, called the “Law on Implementation of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market For Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC (Digital Services Act)”, has been published for consultation with interested public on 9 January 2024.The consultation process has been concluded on February 8, 2024. The implementation law It is currently making its way through the legislative process.
