The draft implementing legislation, in Slovenian called “Zakon o izvajanju uredbe (EU) o enotnem trgu digitalnih storitev” , has been published accepted and approved by the Ministry of Digital Transformation in August 2023 and approved by the Slovenian Government on 11 January 2024. The draft implementing legislation will undergo the legislative procedure in which it will be reviewed by the National Assembly Republic of Slovenia on 26 March 2024. The law was published on 5 April 2024 and is in effect as of 13 April 2024.
