Directive partially implemented
A partial and very limited implementation of certain aspects (no more than 5%) of the Directive’s content (relating to pre-employment transparency) has been adopted and came into force in Poland on 24 December 2025.
A legislative roadmap for implementing the remaining content of the Directive in full was published on 25 November 2025, and is expected to form the basis for a draft bill in due course. We expect, however, Poland to be delayed in fully implementing the Directive by 7 June 2026.
