We cordially invite you to our second Bird & Bird Cybersecurity Round Table on 27 November 2025 at our Frankfurt office. Our Cybersecurity Round Table will focus on the latest developments in the EU's cybersecurity strategy. We will discuss the associated EU regulations and their impact on industry and the economy.
The focus of our second Cybersecurity Round Table will be on the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and the German NIS 2 Implementation Act.
Once again, you can look forward to exciting insights and helpful practical implementation tips from our team of cybersecurity experts.
Our Cybersecurity Round Table has an interactive format, within which we would like to discuss with you the current challenges and implementation options of the various cybersecurity obligation catalogues. In particular, we will address the following questions:
- Who is affected by the relevant regulations?
- What obligations arise from them?
- What deadlines must companies observe?
- How do these new requirements relate to existing regulations?
- What are the challenges in implementation and how can they be overcome?
