Reports of Trade Mark Cases for CIPA December 2021

In this month's report, we look at the High Court’s judgment regarding unfair advantage versus legitimate competition in Oatly AB & Anr v Glebe Farm Foods Ltd (Mr Nicholas Caddick; [2021] EWHC 2189 (IPEC); 5 August 2021).
