Australia Corporate Counsel CPD Day 2022

Bird & Bird Sydney recently hosted its annual Corporate Counsel CPD Day in virtual format on 17 March 2022.

There were a number of different presenters and topics on the day, with many external and internal attendees. The recordings of the six sessions are below.

Session 3:
Learn more about the complex area of calibrating contracts amidst seas of data with Hamish Fraser (Partner), Kate Morton (Special Counsel) and Alex Gulli (Associate).

Session 4:
Thomas Jones (Partner) and Matthew Bovaird (Senior Associate) take an in depth look at competition law and the ACCC, focusing on the year that was and the year that will be.

Session 5:
Join special counsel Michael Stojanovic as he focuses on the area of financial regulation for the fintech generation, this topic is increasingly popular and relevant in the modern world where technology is moving fast.

Session 6:
Join partner Lynne Lewis as she covers navigating through risky business and ethical issues, with a particular focus on in-house counsel and legal professional privilege. Lynne is joined by special guest Ilona Meyer who has over 20 years legal experience.
