After having created a service dedicated to AI in January 2023, then published in May 2023 an action plan comprising two support programs dedicated to AI, the CNIL recently initiated a public consultation on practical how-to sheets focusing on the development phase of AI systems and the creation of datasets involving personal data used for their learning. Their objective is to help professionals reconcile innovation with respect to an individual’s rights. The stakeholders concerned have until November 16 2023 to make their opinions known.
