Unified monthly employer reporting

The electronic system for unified monthly reporting by employers will replace various reports that employers currently submit at different intervals to a number of authorities. 

The reporting system will be launched in April 2026 and will provide for a separate submission by means of which employers will report selected data each month to, for example, the Czech Social Security Administration (ČSSZ), the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Financial Administration, the Czech Statistical Office, the Labour Office and other institutions.
