Towards a stronger portfolio
For several years, we have advised IKH in managing and developing its trademark portfolio and the related trademark prosecution, enforcement and other trademark matters. In addition, we recently conducted in-depth legal analyses of the client’s key brands and held a number of trademark workshops to client’s top management to discuss the status and development of said brands.
