The acquisition of Kuehlhaus AG, a digital agency based in Mannheim, Germany, further strengthens ACTUM Digital's position in the region and underscores its commitment to supporting the digital transformation of the German Mittelstand.
Kuehlhaus AG, founded in 1995, has established itself as one of the top digital agencies in Germany, according to the BVDW ranking and Kuehlhaus AG boasts an impressive portfolio of clients, including Freudenberg Sealing Technologies, SAP, and Apetito AG. The company had entered insolvency proceedings and ACTUM Digital acquired the company through an insolvency plan procedure, which provided a structured pathway for its restructuring and facilitated the acquisition. Under ACTUM Digital's new leadership, Kuehlhaus AG will continue its operations, aiming to transform and strengthen its service offerings in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
