The company had entered insolvency proceedings and ACTUM Digital acquired the company through an insolvency plan procedure, which provided a structured pathway for its restructuring and facilitated the acquisition. Under ACTUM Digital's new leadership, Kuehlhaus AG will continue its operations, aiming to transform and strengthen its service offerings in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
