I am a Counsel in our Finnish Real Estate Group in Helsinki, where I assist our clients with my extensive specialist knowledge of real estate, corporate and M&A matters.
International law firm Bird & Bird advised Nrep, one of the leading real estate investors in the Nordics, on acquisition of two community properties from Toivo Group Oyj. The aggregate transaction value is approximately EUR 20 M€. The properties will be completed during years 2025-2026.
One of the properties located in Kangasala is already under construction and will be occupied by Esperi Care Oy. The other property is located in Helsinki and the objective is to commence the construction works during 2025. Both properties will be equipped with geothermal heating system and solar panels with class A energy efficiency. They will also be BREEAM-certified.
The scope of the project included all legal advice and support for Nrep in this project.
