Alba Dewit Pertegás

As an associate in our Competition & EU Law team, I specialise in advising clients on legal and regulatory matters, with a focus on competition law, sustainability, ESG, and energy regulation.

With a Master's in Public International Law, complemented by an exchange program in Chile and a minor in Global Affairs, I bring a strong international and multidisciplinary perspective to complex legal challenges. Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I gained valuable experience at Royal Schiphol Group and the Belgian Embassy in Luxembourg.

At Bird & Bird, I work at the intersection of EU and national regulations as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team. Together, we help clients navigate intricate legal frameworks and support them in achieving their sustainability objectives.
