About Me
As a Counsel in our Corporate / M&A Team in Munich, I focus on domestic and international venture capital and venture lending transactions for emerging and high-growth companies.
My practice focuses on transactions relating to companies in business sectors, where technology plays a key role and involves venture capital financings, venture lending and exit transactions.My years of experience, working with emerging and high-growth clients at all stages of the life cycle, have allowed me to specialise in advising on incorporation and commercial set-up, scale-ups through equity rounds, venture debt financings all the way through to exit, and also on complex exit transactions (e.g. considering the applicable waterfall provisions and VSOP payment obligations).
Prior to joining our firm, I worked at the Frankfurt/Main and Munich offices of leading international law firms renowned for their private equity and venture capital practices.
