About Me

I specialise in commercial property work acting for a wide variety of clients across different sectors.

My practice covers a full range of commercial property work, covering acquisitions and disposals of property, landlord and tenant work, and all associated issues. I generally act for occupiers of commercial property.

Areas I cover include new lettings, renewals, sub-lettings, assignments, landlord licences as well as advising on matters such as security of tenure, rent reviews and dilapidations claims.

My client base includes clients from a wide range of sectors including telecommunications, energy, lifestyle and healthcare, retail, industrial, IT, technology, sport, and aviation. I have many years' experience of dealing with office, warehouse, and retail acquisitions and disposals, as well as the acquisition, development and disposal of industrial sites. In addition to more general work I specialise in advising on telecommunications infrastructure including network roll-out and, in particular, dealing with questions relating to the Electronic Communications Code. For many years I have advised on the acquisition, development, management and occupation of data centres acting both for operators and occupiers.

My approach is based on the practicalities of the situation, aiming to ensure that whilst providing high quality legal advice one never loses sight of the fact that the parties want to get the deal done in as quick and efficient a matter as possible.
