Andrew Vernon

I am a Senior Associate in Bird & Bird's Tech Transactions team in London where I work closely with clients on a broad range of technology matters and digital transformation projects.

I have a broad range of experience advising clients on technology matters and digital transformation projects, including SaaS/PaaS contracts, technology services agreements, licensing issues and business-critical IT outsourcing arrangements (including EBA/PRA compliance).

I support clients from a wide range of industry sectors, including financial services, sports, retailer and consumer and digital and technology, and I have experience advising both suppliers and customers of IT services.

I understand the need to work closely with stakeholders from across different areas of our clients' businesses when supporting on contractual matters to ensure a joined-up approach, and I enjoy supporting clients throughout the full lifecycle of digital transformation projects.
