Anita Molnár

I am a trainee associate in the Projects & Energy team of the Budapest office, with relevant international experience in various facets of the renewable energy sector.

Prior to joining Bird & Bird, I worked as a legal intern and a junior associate at one of the leading international law firms in the CEE/SEE region. During this tenure, I gained invaluable experience in preparing legal due diligence reports, overseeing mergers and acquisitions of solar power plants and natural gas power plants, as well as in providing legal advice in energy regulatory matters, including the KAT mandatory off-take regime and the METAR premium support regime, energy storage, sector-related construction projects and environmental protection matters.

Passionate about a more sustainable future, I'm dedicated to continuous learning and staying current with the ever-changing regulatory landscape and dynamic industry trends to ensure that we provide our clients with the most up-to-date legal advice and unwavering professional support, essential to successfully navigate this complex and evolving market.

In terms of my educational background, I obtained my J.D. degree from the Faculty of Law of Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2022.

In addition to my native Hungarian, I am fluent in English.
