Anna Hetyésy

I am an Associate in the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets team of the Budapest office.

I have extensive experience in cross-border financing matters, acquisition financing, project financing and capital market transactions. I have participated in numerous domestic and international projects and transactions and have also received training in these areas.

I assist clients with a wide range of matters, from day-to-day legal advice to the most complex transactions. Recently, I have also provided comprehensive advice to market participants in the field of ESG and related regulatory and other legal issues, including compliance of their services with domestic regulations, as well as in financing transactions on both lender and borrower sides.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University in 2020 and I spent a semester in Padua under an Erasmus scholarship, where I studied banking law among others.

In addition to my native Hungarian, I am fluent in English.
