As a partner in our Rome office, I have long-standing expertise in real estate law, complemented by strong administrative skills, with a practice focusing on the development of assets in the retail, logistics, hotel and entertainment sectors.

I advise our clients from the planning phase to the development and management of real estate assets, my recent experience includes managing the commercialisation of major commercial centres, as well as assisting with any related litigation. I have also developed significant experience in public/private negotiations and public procurement in real estate, and in real estate transactions concerning logistic assets and hotels.

I regularly advise the major large retailers operating in Italy, as well as national and international real estate asset developers and/or owners.

I think that it is very important to be sensitive to the market trends and to be able to anticipate issues affecting our clients.

Over the years, I have written several books and articles concerning licences and permits, as a result of my dealings with public administration on a national and regional level.
