About Me

As an associate in the Corporate/M&A team of the Budapest office, I have been involved in several high volume real estate and corporate matters, as well as cross-border M&A transactions including due diligence processes.

When I started university, I knew that I wanted to be involved in the legal work for companies. Therefore, in school I took additional courses that I – and clients - can benefit from in future, including American Business Law, Transnational Commercial Law and the Regulation of E-Commerce and Telecommunications. With my diploma, I received a specialisation in European and International Law. I also spent a school year at the University of Sheffield on an Erasmus scholarship, to get first-hand experience on the common law system.

I have gained work experience in both the public and private sectors, most recently in Washington, D.C. Before joining Bird & Bird, I worked at another well-known London based law firm in Budapest. In addition to my native Hungarian, I also speak English.

During my time at university, I was part of their Monroe E. Price Media Law Moot Court Competition team, which qualified into the International Finals in Oxford, UK. I have also written an award-winning thesis on Measures Equivalent to Quantitative Restrictions in the Field of Freedom of Goods and have volunteered at a consumer protection NGO.
