Dan Campbell

I am an associate in our London Banking and Finance team.

I assist both lenders and borrowers with domestic and cross-border debt finance transactions across a range of areas, including corporate finance, venture debt, asset based lending and real estate finance.

I have a broad finance background, particularly in respect of our financial services and sports sectors, as well as our hotel and leisure sectors. I have a particular interest in football financing and cross-border venture debt transactions and also advise on a range of real estate finance and acquisition finance transactions.

My role involves the drafting of all forms of finance documentation as well as broad transaction management whilst acting as our clients' deal contact.

I joined Bird & Bird in 2022 in order to gain first-rate experience within the firm's cross-border sports and venture debt finance practices.
