As an associate in our IP team in Hamburg, I advise national and international clients in IP matters, particularly in trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition law. My focus is on litigation and strategic advice.
I advise in all matters of trademark, design, copyright and unfair competition law, particularly in litigation.I represent our clients before the German and European courts as well as before the trade mark offices and customs authorities.
I handle legal proceedings concerning infringements, registration, opposition and cancellation of trademarks. In this context, I negotiate settlements or represent our clients by initiating or defending against legal disputes and in the subsequent enforcement of court decisions.
In addition to litigation, I advise clients on all aspects of developing, expanding and managing their trade mark portfolios.
My range of advice covers a variety of industries. I have particular experience in the automotive, media, IT and life sciences sectors.
