As an associate in our corporate / M&A team in Frankfurt, I advise a wide range of national and international clients primarily on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions (buy and sell-side and mainly with a significant technology focus), restructurings, reorganisations and joint ventures as well as on corporate and commercial law matters relating to the clients' day-to-day operations.

At our firm, we believe in dedicated industry specialisation to provide tailor-made advice which adds genuine value to our clients' businesses. My practice focuses on the full spectrum of corporate and M&A matters, in particular within the automotive and technology and communications sectors.

Innovative technology solutions are shaping and influencing my clients' projects and their businesses. I help them to meet the legal challenges associated with the exciting developments in the fields of autonomous driving and emobility. These are increasingly calling for an interconnected response and for an advanced level of custom-made contract design and transaction structuring. When working towards overcoming traditional structures in the automotive sector in relation to mergers, takeovers and joint ventures in favour of more modern solutions – in particular within the technology and telecommunications industries – I always take a creative approach in supporting my clients.

Prior to joining our firm, I gained valuable experience in a major US-headquartered international law firm, mainly advising foreign private equity investors and foreign corporations on cross-border corporate transactions.

While completing my doctoral thesis and during my legal traineeship, I worked for a US-headquartered international law firm in Frankfurt am Main and New York as well as in the legal department of a listed German healthcare group, experiencing the client's needs first-hand from an in-house counsel's perspective, which today allows me to provide instant advice tailored to our clients' specific needs.

• Infront ASA: Advised Oslo-listed Infront ASA, the leading market data and trading solution provider in the Nordics, on its acquisition of the German vwd Group, a leading Europe-wide provider of information and IT solutions for the investment industry, including its nine European subsidiaries from The Carlyle Group.
• Vitruvian Partners Limited: Advised the independent European investment company, Vitruvian Partners Limited, on its minority investment (series B venture equity financing) into Ada Health GmbH, the world's fastest growing AI-powered personal health companion and diagnostics solution.
• Advised a leading Shanghai-based brand management and investment company focused on acquiring valuable trademarks, on a contractual licensing joint venture with a German-based creator and owner of the world's largest library of icons protected under applicable copyright laws and available for licensing, merchandising, promotions, events and marketing activities whether in print, online or for TV commercials.
• Advised a leading global supplier of systems and components for the automotive industry on its complex reorganisation.
