I am a Counsel and German and European patent and trademark attorney in our Intellectual Property practice in Munich, advising our clients in IP law, particularly in life sciences and medical devices.
Advising and representing our clients in IP, I specialise in inorganic chemistry, organic chemistry, polymer chemistry and pharmaceutical chemistry, as well as in medical devices.
I offer our clients wide-ranging experience in European and German patent law, especially in adversarial proceedings and patent prosecutions. I represent our clients in obtaining patents, defending and attacking patents in oppositions before the German and European Patent Offices, and in nullity actions before the German Federal Patent Court. I am also regularly involved in infringement proceedings.
After my studies I worked in the chemical industry, focusing on thermoplastic elastomers.
Before joining our firm in 2013, I completed my patent attorney training with a renowned patent law firm in Munich, at the German Patent and Trademark Office, the Federal Patent Court and the Higher Regional Court in Düsseldorf.
