Working as an associate in our intellectual property team in Düsseldorf, I provide advice to our German and multinational clients from various industries and sectors on all matters of IP law, with a special focus on patent litigation and patent licensing.
I studied law with a focus on IP law at Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg and the University of Helsinki. After my First State Exam, I completed the LL.M. Programme 'International Studies in Intellectual Property Law' at the Universities of Dresden and Exeter. Later, during my legal clerkship, I worked for several law firms in Düsseldorf, where I focused on IP and competition law, as well as at the German Embassy in Nicosia, Cyprus. My doctoral thesis dealt with trade mark and unfair competition law.
